Dollar General located on Kirkwood Highway is low budget store, which sells a variety of items. Despite it's name there are things priced over a dollar LOL. They have everything ranging from household goods such as detergents and silverware to toys for the kids. The beauty products are fairly cheap if you compare them to the regular drugstores. The food snacks are also on the cheap side but often their expiration date is almost up. The staff seems to be a bareboned staff. It usually seems that only a couple people of working. They are basically cashiers and don't offer a lot of help if you are looking for something in the store. The parking situation is somewhat awkward and often the spaces are very tight and you have to park on a slant. It's an ok place to shop but nothing to write home about.
