A family owned restaurant located in the heart of wilmington is one of the best oldschool family restaurants around. They offer many delicious italian dishes as well as other hearty meals. My personal favorite is the lasagna with meat sauce. It's still my favourite italian dish of all time. The overall atmosphere welcomes families to dine there. It offers a bar area as well as a sit down dining area. It's an the older side as far as decorating goes but if you are in the mood for affordable italian dining I would give them a chance. Try the lasagna :)
