Dr. Neal is the most inconsiderate person I have ever met. I use to take my dog to him. One day my puppy was acting like a puppy and he picked her up by the neck and she bit him. GO FIGURE. He then wrote "caution, biter" on her chart like she was some crazed animal. My puppy was real sick about five years ago and he told me to come tell her bye, she had parvo. I took her to a specialists, it was worms. He is the biggest idiot ever. It ended up costing me over $1000 at the specialist, however, it was worth it.
