Hair Spirit is absolutely the best place to get a cut, perm, or highlight. Debbie is the best in my book. She can look at a picture in a magazine or a book and mimick the same look that you are shooting for. Her hours are flexible and her rates are very reasonable. You can also get a manicure by one of the other stylist while you are in the shop.
