I do not like the food at 54th street. I just find their menu to be very unoriginal and bland. I went there with a group of coworkers and we had a really terrible experience. The service was awful. the waitress was rude, screwed up several of the orders and took a good five attempts at getting the check right. It was such a bad experience that I send a letter to the manager. he called me and left me a voice mail asking that I call him, which I did, three times, leaving him messages each time and he never got back to me. I was given the overall impression that customer satisfaction is not very important to them.
