My husband broke a piece of tile off of the border of my parent's fireplace. Of course we wanted to have this fixed for them, but we had a terrible time finding matching tile. We honestly visited over fifteen tile stores trying to find a match. This business was able to locate the proper tile, order it and cut it to size for it so that we could replace just the once piece. Obviously, this wasn't a big purchase, so I really appreciated all of the trouble that they went to to help us!
