The employees are very slow to help you. I had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes while they were chit chatting. Then when I wanted to place an order, they were out of almost everything. Apparently the cook was lazy and not good about keeping the food up. They weren't even busy so they had no excuse. This has happened at least 4 times to me at this particular KFC. I won't be going back.
