If you're looking for a stylist in Redmond, go see Raymond at the Hairmasters off of Cleveland. Having Raymond cut your hair is a joy; he's a total professional and has a very calm, pleasant demeanor. He's a perfectionist in his work, and doesn't rush to get you out of the chair. He's been cutting my hair for nearly five years and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. Soon he'll be cutting my baby boys hair, too. As far as appointments go, you may have luck as a walk-in, but I recommend calling ahead a day or so in advance. Since it's a Hairmasters, the price won't gouge you, either.
