Although this apartment complex caters primarily to the more, um, mature, population in Tucson, it's a great place for anyone.
The apartments are a tad more expensive than surrounding complexes, but they give discounts for anyone who works at Raytheon, the University, or the City. That makes it reasonable.
The clubhouse has been redecorated recently, and the pool area is great. The grounds are kept very well, and rabbits abound. (Some coyotes do come on at night, however)
