I have no idea if anything else at this restaurant is good, because I always get the carne seca. And it is so good. So good. I want some now.
Okay, carne seca is dried beef. I kinda hope they cook it somehow, but I doubt it. I do know, however, that it is dried in the sun (on the roof of one of the restaurants) mixed with spices and vegetables.
You can get it a dozen different ways. Doesn't matter. Just get the carne seca.
