Many times, I have been ill and after waiting on the hold for ages, can never get an appointment to see someone. Several times, the 1st available appointment is for 2 days later! Then when you get there, you usually wait for over an hour, even if you are on time! This is a large practice and the doctors really rush through your exam. Most times, I only see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Thank goodness I rarely get sick!
