From the beginning Joel Casser was spot on, his responses were both immediate, straight forward and informative. Not to mention that he was responding on the eve of hurricane Irene! It was so refreshing to find this caliber of attention. There was no question in my mind that I would be making the trip from Brooklyn,NY to East Hanover,NJ.

We reviewed all my options and selected a vehicle. She really made it that simple! Deborah arranged for me to receive a car with my exact specifications and was in constant contact prior to me picking it up. She carefully reviewed all the functionalities and features with me. Pat Masone was also extremely helpful and carefully reviewed all the financing details with me.
