The people who work at Ritz are awesome. My husband bought a camera there about 2 years ago. He went back twice because he was having some problems with it. The staff are so great. They are really knowledgeable and helpful when you have a problem. We also get pictures printed there sometime and they do a great job. If we ever need another camera, we will definitely go back to Ritz since we know that we will get such great service.
