My husband and I recently had dinner at the Dining Room in side the Hilton Hotel at Easton. The atmosphere was lush and the service was excellent. Both salads we ordered were fresh and had a great variety of veggies and toppings but had way too much vinegar. The basket of bread they served had focaccia and honey wheat bread along with three flavored of butters. The presentation of the vegetable platter in a balsamic reduction ($14) and sea bass atop asparagus ($21) were beautiful. Everything was very enjoyable. We felt relaxed and pampered.
