The first time I tried one of the famous fresh strawberry cakes from Golden Delight, I wanted to eat the entire thing. They're a wonderful alternative to the heavy, artificial, tooth achingly sweet grocery store cakes. It's a cross between a sponge cake and angel food cake with frosting light as air and fresh strawberries. It's low in fat and non-dairy. They are pricey... good for very special occasions.
