Five weeks after our inspection and three weeks after closing on our new home, our furnace was condemned. Our cost, $9000+ for a replacement.
Mr. Vargas did, mostly, ok finding the small stuff (all of which was remedied by the seller) but missed a major mechanical system.
Mr. Vargas claims no responsibility. On our inspection report he claims "200% guarantee" but has left us100% disappointed.
