This vision insurer has been the provider of vision benefits for the company I work for 5 years. They are great. I can choose to either go to one of their participating providers and they will pay the bill or I can choose someone on my own and they will reimburse me the cost. Usually it only takes about 10 days to get you check for reimbursement.
