While I love LOW prices, that does not mean it is always a deal. If I pay 6 dollars for a pair of shoes, granted that is a GREAT deal, but if 2 min. into wearing the shoes I grow a blister the size of texas, then I am not so sure that was a deal made in heaven. Every now and then I will get a nice pair of shoes from payless that fits nice and does not break the budget, but overall....normally what I pay for is what i get. I love coming here for one timers. That is what I call a pair of shoes that I KNOW i intend on wearing once and thats it. Like for a spring event where I need a pair of cute sandals that are just to look at and I know I will be doing a lot of sitting etc. Either way, payless always has a place in my life.
