Top of the Hill is a great place for lunch or dinner. My girls always choose this place for Homecoming or a reunion. Good food, good portion sizes, good service. I recommend the Oysters Florentine Gnocchi! However, I would avoid this place as a bar - too many young'uns, too crowded, nearly impossible to get service.
