Agent was so unhelpful I did most of the checking on the internet. Did not know about ship discount nor military that I mentioned. Did not provide info on cruise ports or any "tips".Called us to office for our tickets and they were NOT for us.Had to make 2nd trip. NEVER use this place.Agent was indifferent.
