BelAir was typically a college hangout - but has a fantastic outside deck. As an 'older' person now, I'd avoid nighttime at BelAir due to the overwhelming amount of college kids, but for an afternoon enjoying the sunshine and downtown Cape, Bel Air is the place to be! The service was always great - typically college students but very friendly.
