I went here looking for some tickets to Vietnam for my parents, and I could not have been less pleased. The agent was looking for the first search that came up, and after being told about travelocity by one of my friends, I was able to compare them myself. In all truthfullness, it may have been this one bad experience, and Travel Agents may still have those personal touch if you don't want to look things up yourself. I would definitely try an online site first, as well.
