I love these guys!
Bought my black Durango from them. Within a few days of getting the vehicle, the engine went out – due to a loose bolt that got into the engine and broke it. Apparently a bolt on the oil pan came loose.
It was not really their fault, just one of those weird things, and they bent over backward to help us sort it out. They set a tow truck over to get my vehicle, ordered in a replacement engine, and dropped it in all at their cost.
Something they really were not required to do under my warranty service, for that vehicle. It was used and was just past the engine warranty timeframe.
They worked with us on our payment and downpayment plan to tailor a match for our needs. I will definitely use them again – and plan to on my next vehicle.
