I recently dealt with this pet shop – and was very pleased. I needed a bird, that was a bit on the unique side, though not expensive. I called a number of pet shops to explain my needs, and this was the only one that went out of their way to really try and help me.
They made a point to call the breeder to see if he hade what I needed, and called me back immediately. When the birds came in , they called me to give me first chance, and really made an effort to work with us.
They were helpful about providing additional information as well.
And though the bird cost more from them, then some of the other places, I was more then willing to pay extra for the great service they provided for me.
