I attended CVCC quite a few years ago. Lynchburg is lucky to have a community college as an alternative for students who choose to attend there rather than a 4 year university. I feel that I received an excellent education. My professors were helpful and concerned about their students. I chose to attend and earn a two year associate degree. For many students it is an excellent choice for their first two years of college before moving on to a 4-year university. It certainly is a better choice cost-wise, because the cost of attending there is significantly lower than any 4 year college.
