We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service that Comfort Connect A/C & Heating provided. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable about ACs, including warranty service, provided expert service, discussed concerns we had with another unit and then actually made sure that we received the follow-up calls and information that he promised. And he even cleaned our compressor. He knows his stuff and earned my husband`s approval with his skill set and service demeanor.
We have had service by other companies over the years, but none followed up or even responded to our subsequent calls about additional needs. Comfort Connect A/C & Heating is extremely reputable and will be our continued choice for AC and heat pump service.
