I purchased my car from Don Allen in Bloomfield about 4 years ago. Since then my car has gone in for its routine service and every time I have had great service. Every time I go in, everything gets explained to me as to whats wrong and what they need to do. This has happened when the car was under warrenty and out of warrenty. My only problem is they are not open on the weekend which does limit my ability to bring my car in, though during the weekdays they do provide a shuttle service to oakland and downtown.
