I just want to thank you and your DirectBuy team for a wonderful decorating experience. I moved into my house 3 years ago and knew that I wanted to change the master bedroom window treatment. My problem was I did not know what I wanted to do.
For months I went to DirectBuy and looked at everything from fabric to shutters to curtains and then to shades. Stephany was so patient with me. She gave me advice with each selection I made. The problem was I just could not make up my mind.
A year went by and I still had not made a decision and yet every time I came into the club I received smiles and a warm welcome. I finally decided on a certain shade and ran it by the professionals. I was told the pros and cons and realized that I did not want that particular shade.
Back to square one and finally a decision on the type of shade but now I had to decide on color. Stephany gave me samples to take home even though I did not ask. She was so right as the color I had originally picked out would not have worked as well as what I finally chose.
The BIG day finally arrived when I was ready to order the shades. I was told to call the installer to come and measure which he did. Stephany spent time with me writing up the order and making sure all the measurements were collect. Jenny checked it over and we were all set to send it in.
The shades arrived a few days ago and I called the installer and asked him if at all possible could he install them before the week-end as I was having a big party at my house. He said he would and he did. He not only took down the original window treatment but painted the holes they left. He worked neatly and when he finished it looked just like I had wanted. It was perfect in every way.
