Paul and Elizabeths is an institution for me and my husband. Whenever we are in the Amherst Northampton area we make it a point to go to this organic/vegetarian restaurant. They only serve fish dishes and vegetarian foods, but everything is always delicious. The atmosphere goes along with the cool and laid back feel of the town Northampton and the wait staff is always a pleasure. They have nightly specials on top of their regular menu and the specials are always the way to go. Everything is so fresh and delicious. We love this place.
