We moved to Jefferson Ridge in December and we love it! Rent is discounted if you are a student or employee at UVa. They have fabulous brand new fitness equipment, tennis court, basketball court and sand volleyball. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious with vaulted cielings in the living area. We have a beautiful view of the mountains from the patio. The apartment buildings are only a couple years old, so the appliances, carpeting, etc. is pretty new. Cable TV and all utilities aside from electric and phone are included in rent. I highly reccommend these apartments!
