After banking at this Charter One for about 2 years I can say that they're among the best in Elmhurst. They've kept up with technology/standards to make the banking process relatively smooth.
The newer ATM has a nice bright screen, the online banking has all the features I need (quick and updated statements, quicken/money exports), and the drive thru speed for deposits is quick.
The tellers are good at the basics but sometimes they can be understaffed and if more than one person needs a personal banker the wait times can get high.
All in all it's a good bank and surely beats the pants off of the 5/3 in Elmhurst.
