This is the worst Hyundai dealership I have ever had to deal with in the 2 years that I have owned my car. They are located near the Kings automall outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a very large facility, and while that meant we were able to get in and get the job done quickly, the customer service was absolutely horrendous. I would never go here again.
Just a side note - A lugnut broke and it was not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty...the third thing that has not been covered under warranty thus far.
