In Knoxville, or anywhere else for that matter, there is no better place to go for prime rib than the Copper Cellar. I went here while on a work trip so I don't know what the cost was, but I guarantee you the place is worth every penny. If I remember right the place is famous for their prime rib so I don't recommend trying anything else.
