Our washer stopped working on July 4th. I had called Sears to get service and the earliest appt we could get was July 18th. I decided to go in search of something a bit more local and someone that could fit us in sooner. I found Paul's on Yelp and based on the reviews, gave them a call on Tuesday. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely helpful. While I did have the error code from the machine, he made a couple suggestions we could try before ordering the parts. Went home that night, followed his suggestions and it worked!! We were VERY happy. We will definitely be using Paul's if either the washer or dryer needs service. Thanks Paul's
