This is a fun orange and blue painted place to get ice cream and other fried foods. It's very good ice cream. It's also close to UWM so the students can come here, and it's easily found just off Oakand. The place is very clean and it's open seating. I've never been to a Fat Cat's before, but this is a nice option to Culvers.
