My grandfather goes to Reynolda Manor Barber Shop and gets his hair cut a couple times a month. Sometimes he'll go for just a cut and other times he get a haircut and a shave. Honestly, I think he goes to chat with the people there. It's more like a place for him to hang out and catch up on all the latest area gossip. When I do see him, his hair does look nice, so I think they do a good job.
