Called them on a Saturday to fix our dryer and he came out the same day (on time) replaced a part in less than one hour (he seemed very knowledgeable). When I asked about replacing a related part he actually didn't even try to upsell me but said that it should last for some time still. That's what I call honest- he gets my business from now on! And he's a really nice guy.
