For the longest time I never went into Charley's because I thought it would be really expensive (in a higher end mall and looks expensive with it's gentleman's club type wooden style). I was surprised that the prices are actually quite reasonable particularly at lunch. It's not too noisy, so it's a nice place for a meeting or for conversation. The staff is very friendly and is happy to accomodate substitutions or special requests (and they actually get the order right). It's what you would probably call an American style menu, with lots of sandwiches (some very creative) and a lot of different kinds of salad (also very creative). I hear the steaks are pretty good, though I've never had them.
