Einstein Bagels are not bad for a chain restaurant. They could be a little more plump but I guess you can just eat more of them to make up for that. I think they do cream cheese better than bagels---there are several blends with fruit and veggies and seasonings and all are delicious! They also have an enticing menu of sandwiches and other things. Ample parking next to lots of discount shopping---we like to stop here for a snack after hitting the stores. My only real complaint is that they close at 5 p.m.
