I have shopped for plants and gardening supplies at Valley View many times over the years and finally got tired of the higher prices and iffy service. The last time I was in there, I was looking for a rose thorn stripping tool and was sent by the lone employee to the back of the store where "we might have it". I didn't find it and didn't see the clerk on the way out, though outside there were six or seven workers standing around talking. Lots of people like to shop here for Christmas decor but I find it over the top and very commercial.
