You want a pleasant, casual dining experience? The Beef Barn is THE place. The staff is the friendliest bunch you could ask for. I've been there when they were very, very busy, and they were still unflappable.
The steak was perfect, as were the steamed vegetables. At last I've found someone who knows what "medium RARE' really means. They serve the super fresh salad "family style" with your choice of dressing served on the side. Added garnishes of hard cooked egg and bacon bits are brought out to top off your salad just right. The Margaritas are excellent. They offer a good selection of beers and wines, as well.
Reservations aren't necessary, but if you feel more comfortable with one, they will make one for you. We never felt rushed in the slightest, even as busy as they were. The parking lot is big and very well lighted.
Just put on your comfortable clothes, and bring a big appetite. Go to the Beef Barn by CC's Liquor Store in Morgan's Point. You'll be glad -- FULL -- but glad you did. There's nice people there.
