This is a great hidden goldmine amoung the locals. You can go to this beauty academy and for a mear few dollars, you can have your hair cut and colored, along with getting your nails done! While it may cost as much as $25-30 for a full set of nails elsewhere, you can have them done here for 1/2 as much! Haircuts under $20 too! The manager personally checks you when they are done. You really cant go wrong here!
