Souper Salad is an old standby for my family. The food is inexpensive, and generally pretty fresh. It can be a wild place though. On the weekends, there are folks from wall to wall. There is always a table full of toddlers, throwing food and screaming, but if you can deal with that, the rest is awesome. It is constantly being cleaned by staff, but because of the said toddlers, the dining are is always a mess. The food is constantly being refreshed, so there is never anything missing for very long at the buffet. I love their chicken soup. They used to have it consistently on Sundays, but something changed, and I have lost the date. Overall, if you are looking for a quick and cheap meal, this beats fast food hands down.
