Sunflower Market is another store that I like to shop at. They have a smallish organic produce section, but I can usually pick up my staple items anyway. There are some great sales advertised in their weekly mail flyer. They start anew on each Wednesday and allow you to use the ad from the prior week as well as the new one, on Wednesdays. If you don’t care if things are organic, you will find some spectacular deals. I like the meat department. Their meats are advertised as being hormone and pesticide free (not organic.) Since organic meat is out of my range for meat, I like the compromise to hormone free. They have friendly service, and the store is generally very clean.
