We have had Verizon for several years for our wireless needs and have had no problems with them. They have pretty good plans that offer wireless to wireless calling plans, which is good for families. Also, they have plans in which you can get a free phone every two years. The one downside is their online bill pay system is often down. This means you need to plan far ahead to make sure your bill is not late. They need a better site for online bill pay.
