For streaks, highlights, perms, straightening, the works, I would give the Asian Hair Salons a try. They always do a good job and are relatively cheaper than most other mainstream chains. I would recommend the Ogi Salon in Cerritos, CA. It is kind of far from Anaheim but I would say it is worth the drive there. The stylists there are very nice and courteous and always do an excellent job. I always leave satisfied. It's relatively inexpensive too. Great place.
