In terms of actual service (for your phone), Verizon is the best one out there. I even get service underground in certain places.. and oddly enough, in some subway stations (and I don't mean the ones that are supposed to have service, like City Hall). In terms of service in this particular store, I had to wait a good 45 minutes to get a plan renewed and pick up a phone. Perhaps it was extra busy that night, but still -- most of my time was spent online as employees chatted and ordered food!
