the staff is always friendly! Even if it is 180 degrees in there! They seem to get the air condition fixed every year, but it breaks every year, too. Can't we get a new facility for them? I wish they had a stamp machine in the lobby that would take debit cards. They do have a stamp machine, but a lot of the time it is out of order. It would be so much easier if I didn't have to go stand in line just to buy stamps!
