We had a problem with a digital camera we purchased at Circuit City. Long story short: the repair service plan was a dud. They weren't able to fix the camera. The manager at Circuit City gave us store credit for the full value of the camera and we were able to purchase a newer, better camera. According to the terms of the warranty and the repair service contract, they didn't have to do this. Circuit City went above and beyond and for that we are grateful. They also have a wide selection of cd's and often run good sales. I saved $4 last week when I bought a brand new release... the original price was $13.99 and they had it on sale for $9.99.
