Luca's doesn't deserve to be in a mall. It really should have its own freestanding restaurant. At least that is how I feel when I want to go there for a slice. I don't care about the mall, but I will go there whenever the mood strikes for the best pizza I've ever had. Forget Brooklyn. Forget NY pizza. This little joint in Vineland, NJ is where it's at for pizza. The regular cheese pizza is perfect, but the gourmet white pizzas are phenomenal. None of that ricotta-laden junk you get elsewhere. When you want white pizza, they give you the best -- olive oil, garlic, and parmesan. The tomato slices, tomato-and-broccoli, or the broccoli white pizza are all recommended.
